Brownie Baked Protein Oats

Are you tired of the same breakfast routine? Do you crave something sweet but don't want to spend hours in the kitchen? Look no further! Today, I'm sharing my delicious recipe for Brownie Baked Protein Oats that will satisfy your cravings and fuel your day.



I used to make baked oatmeal religiously, but lately, I've been feeling the need for a change. So, I decided to create a single-serve baked oatmeal that tastes just like a brownie! These oats are not only incredibly delicious but also super easy to whip up, taking just five minutes of your time.


Here's what you'll need:

  • 1/4 cup rolled oats

  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder

  • 1 tablespoon Stevia (or any granulated sugar)

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of your choice)

  • Enjoy Life chocolate chips for that extra indulgence (these are dairy free. Any work though!)


To start, preheat your oven to 350°F and spray a single-serve baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Then, simply mix all of the ingredients together until well combined and pour the mixture into the prepared dish. Pop it into the oven and bake for 25 minutes.

Once it's done baking, take it out, and voila! You have a decadent and satisfying breakfast that tastes just like a brownie but packs a nutritious punch. Plus, with only 240 calories, 5g of fat, 25g of carbs, and 25g of protein for the entire serving, it's a guilt-free indulgence that you can enjoy any time of day.





Keep in mind that you can customize this recipe based on your preferences. Depending on the protein powder, milk, and sweetener you use, the macros may vary slightly.
