Let's dive into the baking process!

Ingredients:
1/2 cup GF flour (or regular if not concerned about gluten)
1/2 cup your favorite protein powder (I personally love using Nuzest. The code NICOLESQUIGZ will save you 15%!)
1/4 cup stevia (or any sugar substitute)
1/4 cup olive oil
2 eggs
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt (use DF yogurt if necessary)
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 cup @enjoylifefoods chocolate chips
6 GF Oreos, smashed
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients until well incorporated.
Pour the batter evenly into 7 regular muffin tins.
Bake for approximately 15 minutes. Keep an eye on them after 10 minutes to ensure they don't over-bake or dry out. The muffins are ready when a knife inserted into the center comes out clean.
Once baked, allow them to cool on a wire rack for about 10 minutes.
Serve and enjoy the deliciousness!
